Refund Policy

One-Time Packs

Packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription to cancel.

Unused Packs

If you have not used any credit from a pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a credit from the pack has been used, the pack cannot be refunded.

If an Image Fails

If our system fails to make an image, it tries again automatically. If it still fails, the credit goes back to your account. If a paid image is not delivered, we deliver it within 24 hours or refund you in full.

If You Don't Like the Result

Images are made for fun. AI may not look like you or your partner. We can't refund or redo an image because you don't like how it looks or because you changed your mind. Please check your blurred preview before you buy.

Photos That Can't Be Used

If a photo can't be accepted, no credit is used, and you can try a different one. Photos that break our Terms are not eligible for a refund.

How to Ask
